There was a lot of important information about the economy presented in today's youtube video, many of the facts shared were very relevant to my day-to-day life and I was completely unaware of some things. It was interesting to know why we have spring and summer break, but it makes perfect sense on why it would have derived from the agricultural time period in which children helped with the farming. Furthermore to know how the information age really took the economy by storm and created an entirely new way of how we communicate and do business. In the eyes of many of my elders they were able to foresee this change and they actually accepted the change before it became so prominent in society. Americans accepting this new way of life and grew with it, and this is what created today's unique economy in which things are more advanced than they've ever been before.
